Mario and Paula love the outdoors. They are avid hikers and Mario even proposed on a hike up to Half Dome in Yosemite. For their engagement photos they chose Woods Cove in Laguna Beach. A very fun couple to photograph; Mario is so caring with Paula and there were moments when I think they actually forgot they were being photographed, which allowed me to capture some great intimate moments. They will be married on June 30th and their reception will be held at The Ritz Gardens.

Alex & Mintra’s Wedding

Alex and Mintra are truly an amazing and caring couple. Their love for each other and their desire to have fun in life made them a delight to photograph. We started out at the Hotel Maya in Long Beach where they saw each other for the first time. After taking a few fun photos at the hotel we were off to Michael’s Tuscany Room in San Pedro where they were married. This place really feels like you walked right in to a Tuscan Villa with the skylight, wrought iron staircase and details and beamed ceilings. The attention to detail here was amazing and it made for a very romantic venue and wedding! The back alley behind the venue was another fun place for photography. The eclectic, old/chabby chic styling made for more fun photography with the bride and groom as well as the wedding party. This group really made me feel like part of the family.

Most couples are tired of taking pictures after such a long day but not Alex and Mintra. They were up for some fun in the street entertaining all of the cars that passed by.

Alex and Mintra

These two will be married in April at an amazing venue, Michael’s Tuscany Room. Italian themed, very romantic with a sweeping staircase and skylight, this is sure to be an event to remember!

For their engagement pictures, they chose the Orange Circle in Orange. Very eclectic with lots of character and ” back in the day” charm, which made it a great backdrop for a photo shoot.

This couple is very in tune and I love the way their eyes light up when they look at each other. Their energy was captivating and people all around us kept asking what we were doing and commenting on how great they were together.

The Orange Circle is definitely a popular place for couples to take their engagement photos. It is full of eclectic style, ambiance, history and even though their are lots of people milling around, it even has a bit of a romantic air about it.

Wes and Stephanie

What a fun couple. Very professional and fun loving. They were very specific about loving photos taken at different angles, which was a new experiment for me so I loved every minute of their shoot trying all different angles.

So young, so much in love and dedicated to each other’s happiness. This couple was so inspiring to see just how dedicated they are to creating a successful life together. Capturing these two on the most important day of the beginning of their life together, was truly an honor.

You can’t beat the bright lights of Las Vegas to make for a beautiful backdrop for photographing a wedding.

This is where Bryan and Janet met and then a few years later, decided to “tie the knot”. They are truly a couple that love to have fun together and they are each others best friend. It seems like there isn’t anything they won’t try which makes them very fun to photograph.
